Zingiber Haircare is a Lagos-based brand built on the belief that great hair isn't a luxury — it's a form of self-expression. We create products that help people restore, protect, and fall back in love with their hair. Our pipeline is full of warm leads who are already interested — we just need the right person to close them.

You'll be the final step between interest and purchase, making you one of the most impactful people in this company.

• Calling and following up with leads and potential customers who filled our sales page form or reached out on social media
• Responding to DM enquiries with speed, warmth, and the ability to guide a conversation toward a sale
• Handling objections confidently and professionally — price, timing, product questions — without becoming pushy or desperate
• Keeping clean records of your leads, conversations, and outcomes so nothing falls through the cracks
• Representing Zingiber Haircare in every interaction as a brand ambassador — warm, knowledgeable, and credible

• You are based in Lagos — this is a non-negotiable requirement
• You have a natural gift for conversation and a confident, persuasive communication style
• You're resilient — objections don't break your spirit, they sharpen your approach
• You're ambitious — you're motivated by results and take personal pride in hitting and exceeding targets
• You genuinely love haircare and can speak about it with passion and knowledge
• You are disciplined, organized, and take ownership of your pipeline without needing to be micromanaged

• You need to be reminded to follow up with leads
• You get easily discouraged when someone says "let me think about it"
• You're only motivated by a fixed salary and have no interest in earning beyond it
• You are not based in Lagos or not available for a hybrid, phone-based role
