Re-Engage Returning Customers
Call customers who have already purchased from us — starting with customers from previous months — to check in on their experience and encourage repeat orders.
Follow the Re-Engagement Framework
Use our proven framework to guide every conversation — from warm greeting and experience check-in, to objection handling, upsell, and order confirmation. Do not skip steps.
Handle Objections with Empathy
If a customer is unhappy or hesitant, listen first. Diagnose the root cause, validate their concern, and offer a genuine solution before moving toward a repeat sale.
Drive Upsells and Cross-Sells
Introduce larger packages and complementary products to customers who are satisfied with their results. Present them naturally — as a recommendation, not a push.
Follow Up Persistently
Make at least three contact attempts before moving on from any customer. Calls and WhatsApp messages are both valid — adapt to what works for each customer.
Confirm and Forward Orders
Once a customer agrees to repurchase, confirm all order details and forward them to the delivery agent in the correct format via our shared WhatsApp group.
Upload All Call Recordings
Every call must be recorded and uploaded to our shared drive before close of business each day. Recordings are used for quality assurance, coaching, and performance review.
Maintain Your Daily Activity Log
Log all calls made, follow-ups completed, orders confirmed, and issues escalated — every day, by 5PM. Your log must match your call recordings exactly.
You are a natural communicator. You know how to make people feel comfortable over the phone. You listen as much as you speak, and you understand that the best conversations are the ones where the customer feels genuinely heard.
You are disciplined and self-motivated. You work from home but hold yourself to the same standard as if you were in an office. You log your work, upload your calls, and hit your targets — without being chased.
You handle objections with grace. You don't take rejection personally. When a customer says they're not interested, you ask the right questions to understand why — and you turn that conversation around.
You are genuinely warm and people-oriented. This isn't a cold calling role. You care about the customer's hair growth journey and you show up for every call with real energy and genuine interest.
You are detail-oriented and process-driven. You follow frameworks correctly, record information accurately, and never skip steps. Consistency is what separates good performance from great performance.
You have at least 18 months of sales experience. You have spent time in a sales or customer-facing role and understand what it takes to consistently close, follow up, and build relationships that convert.
You reside in Lagos, Nigeria. This is a fully remote role, but you must be based in Lagos to qualify.
