Is this you?
You've worked at an online shopping company for at least a year, and you know how Payment on Delivery actually works in Lagos.
You are honest with money. You have past employers who can vouch for that.
You notice when numbers don't add up — and you fix it before anyone else sees it.
You have leadership ability and can command respect from delivery partners, riders, and vendors.
You live in Lagos — specifically in or close to Ojo — with easy access to major interstate parks, and can move around at short notice.
You're the kind of person who closes loops — you don't just flag problems, you solve them.
What you'll actually do.
Stock & Inventory
Keep an accurate count of every product. Forecast what we'll sell. Make sure we never run out of the items that move.
Delivery Partners
Find, manage, and replace courier companies, interstate dispatchers, and motorbike riders. Keep 3 backups per route so we're never stuck.
Daily Dispatch
Plan each day's deliveries. Confirm every order before it leaves. Track deliveries live and jump in when things go wrong.
Returns & Rejections
Handle every rejected order end-to-end. Study why customers reject and fix the root cause. Cut the money we lose on failed deliveries.
Money Reconciliation
Match orders sent out, delivered, returned, and paid — every single day. Chase outstanding money with the accountant. Keep clean records.
Fraud Prevention
Watch for rider collusion, fake deliveries, item swaps, prank orders. Build the controls that protect our stock and our cash.
Cost Control
Bring down the cost of each successful delivery month after month — without compromising on quality or speed.

What we're looking for.
Requirements Must Have
- At least 1 year of e-commerce experience (online shopping company)
- Honest and trustworthy — reference checks will be conducted
- Good with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, basic reporting)
- Comfortable with courier portals and WhatsApp coordination
- Basic accounting literacy — able to match numbers and spot mistakes
- Lives in Lagos — specifically in or close to Ojo — with access to major interstate parks
- Can move across Lagos at short notice, including early mornings and late evenings
Bonus Nice to Have
- Existing network of trusted delivery partners and riders
- Experience with inventory management software
- Exposure to interstate dispatch and last-mile delivery
- Background in a high-volume, low-margin online business
- Experience building weekly performance reports
